Our specialist officers make a significant impact in the community, connecting people with the right person and service, for the right advice and help.
They provide face-to-face help to those in need and create a more inclusive and supportive environment for everyone.
These staff also partner with community groups across Australia, working together to help people access our services and payments.
They offer support to customers from diverse backgrounds and communities. Some of these officers include:
- Indigenous Service Officers
- Community Partnership Specialist Officers
- Aged Care Specialist Officers
- Multicultural Service Officers
- Community Engagement Officers.
