Sometimes families need services that are outside the scope of our service delivery. In these cases, we can link families to organisations in the community.

We work with community organisations to promote our payments and services. We also act on issues raised by them.

We have printed products available for community organisations to order. Use these to help people in your community learn about payments and services.

You can refer people in your community to us if they need help in times of crisis. For example, if they’ve been affected by COVID-19 or a natural disaster.
