Freedom of information

You have a right, with limited exceptions, to request access to documents we hold under Freedom of Information legislation.

We outline the process of making a request under FOI legislation. An FOI request can take up to 30 days to process or longer, depending upon the circumstances.

Privacy Impact Assessment Register

We publish the titles of Privacy Impact Assessments we’ve completed since 1 July 2018.

We do a Privacy Impact Assessment for all projects that:

  • involve a significant change to how we manage personal information
  • might have a significant impact on the privacy of individuals.
