You never know when you or someone you love will need to look at options for aged care. For most people, this can be a stressful and emotional time.

Being able to come in and speak to an Aged Care Specialist Officer (ASCO) at his local service centre made a big difference.
‘Having someone who is a specialist, take the information that I had and feed that into the system and provide the answers that I was after, was invaluable.’
ACSOs, like Christopher, are there to help customers with complex situations understand what their options are.
‘Having someone who has the full spectrum of knowledge is vital,’ said Christopher. ‘They can go to one place and get a good understanding across the spectrum.’
