Residential care for providers

Residential care provides aged care services to people in a residential setting.

Residential aged care is for senior Australians who can no longer live independently at home. The Australian Government funds residential aged care to make it more affordable and accessible.

You can use Aged Care Provider Portal (ACPP) to do business with us.

You can access ACPP with an individual Provider Digital Access (PRODA) account or organisation in PRODA. If you don’t have one, register for PRODA online. Then follow the steps to set up your HPOS access.
