We’ve launched a new way for customers to book or make changes to some of their appointments online.
Using their Centrelink online account through myGov or the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app, customers can book a phone appointment or a face to face appointment at their chosen service centre.
Customers can book appointments to talk about payments and services such as Youth Allowance, Jobseeker Payment and more.
This new feature has already made a big impact, with customers letting us know it’s saving them time and it’s easy to do.
One customer said booking online saved them a 4-hour trip to a service centre - calling it a ‘game changer’!
Most customers complete their booking in under 3 minutes, and 99% said they’d happily book online again.
Since the national rollout on 22 June, more than 81,700 customers have booked online.
