If you are on Income Management, with or without a BasicsCard, you can choose to move to enhanced Income Management. Call the SmartCard eIM hotline to talk about your options.
If you are new to enhanced Income Management, we will contact you to get you set up.
If you live in certain areas of Australia, you can volunteer for enhanced Income Management and can use a SmartCard to access your enhanced Income Management account.
