Who we’re looking for in the National Graduate Program

We invite you to apply if you've recently graduated from university or are in your final year of study.

We’re on the lookout for graduates who are eager to deliver simple, helpful, respectful and transparent experiences for our customers.

We want the future leaders of the Australian Public Service (APS); graduates who are bold, forward-thinking and full of big ideas.

We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace. We appreciate our staff for their unique qualities, ideas and perspectives. Our policies support workplace diversity and we actively implement strategies and initiatives to champion this cause.

If you got your degree overseas, you’ll need to have it recognised by the Department of Education. Read more about overseas qualifications on their website.
