Eligibility
To be eligible for the program, you must be an Australian citizen.
You’ll need to have successfully passed and completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the last 5 years.
If you got your degree overseas, you’ll need to have it recognised by the Department of Education. Read more about overseas qualifications on their website.
Some streams have additional requirements. Find out what the requirements are for each stream:

- finance and accounting

- service delivery
- service design
- social work.
Relocation
Positions may be available in major cities and regional towns. We understand that relocating can be a daunting experience but it’s also a great opportunity to grow personally and professionally.

Skill requirements
To be successful, you’ll need to demonstrate:

- support for a workplace culture that values diversity, respect and inclusion
- knowledge of current issues and practices relating to the stream you apply to.
