If you get an ABSTUDY Masters and Doctorate Living Allowance, you’ ll get $75 of Energy Supplement each quarter. This will be in March, June, September and December.
ABSTUDY 22 and over
You’ ll get the following amount of Energy Supplement each fortnight, if:
- you’re 22 and over
- you get ABSTUDY Living Allowance.

Payment options
If you get ABSTUDY Living Allowance, you’ll usually get Energy Supplement fortnightly. We pay it with your regular payment. You may also be able to get Energy Supplement quarterly.
