If you think you’re eligible and you haven’t got Carer Supplement by early August you can:
- Sign in to myGov.
- Select Payments and claims, followed by Manage payments and My payments and check to see if we’ve paid you.
- Check the bank account details you told us are correct.
If the payment isn’t showing, call our Disability, sickness and carers line.
You'll get the Carer Supplement in one lump sum each year for as long as you’re eligible.
If your payment is income managed
The full amount you get will go into either your:
- Income Management account which you can access using your BasicsCard if you have one
- enhanced Income Management account which you can access using your SmartCard.
