Nominee enhanced Income Management

If you have a payment nominee who is on enhanced Income Management, you may also be on enhanced Income Management. Call the SmartCard eIM hotline to talk to us about your situation.

What happens to your money

Your payment amount will not change but it will be paid to your payment nominee in a different way.

Between 50% to 70% of your payments and 100% of any advance and most lump sum payments will go to your enhanced Income Management account. This money can be accessed with a SmartCard.

The rest of your payment goes to your payment nominee’s normal bank account.

If you appoint a payment nominee, we issue your payment nominee a SmartCard.

If you want to cancel a payment nominee

If you do not want to start enhanced Income Management because of a payment nominee arrangement, you should call your regular payment line.
