Our service centres and most call centres close for national public holidays.

This means you’ll need to do your business with us online or by phone self-service.

We’ll be closed:

  • Thursday 26 December 2024
  • Friday 27 December 2024
  • Wednesday 1 January 2025.

Smaller sites for rural and regional communities may have extended closures.
