There are things you need to do after claiming the Tertiary Access Payment

Make sure you’ve done these things to avoid your Tertiary Access Payment (TAP) being delayed or rejected.

After you claim, we may send you a letter asking you to give us proof you’re studying.

We’ll ask you to provide the following:

  • your study details
  • your address while studying
  • details about any change to your circumstances within 14 days.

Providing this information on time helps to make sure you get your payment without any delays.
