We know community groups play a big role in helping people who have been scammed or had their identity stolen. Scams can seem genuine, as scammers try to make them look or sound real to trick you. Use these resources to help people who need support.

If you’re a victim of a myGov, Centrelink, Medicare, or Child Support scam, see What to do if a scam has affected you.
If you have seen a myGov, Centrelink, Medicare or Child Support scam you should report it to us. You should do this if you didn’t engage with it. You can report it by emailing reportascam@servicesaustralia.gov.au.
This email is for reporting scams to us. If you have engaged with or responded to a scam, you should call us.
