Manage AIR access and payments

Manage access to the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR). Update bank details and get monthly immunisation payment statements.

You can access the AIR in different ways. If you haven’t already set this up, or you need to update your access, read how to access the AIR.

You can update existing bank details recorded for AIR using Health Professional Online Services (HPOS).

We pay information payments to eligible vaccination providers by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) on the second last Tuesday of each month. To get an information payment you need to give us your bank details.

You can get a monthly immunisation payment statement on the AIR site using Health Professional Online Services (HPOS).

To get a statement:

  1. Log in to PRODA to access your HPOS account.
  2. Select My programs.
  3. Select Australian Immunisation Register.
  4. From the left-hand main menu select Payment statements.
  5. From the expanded menu, choose to view either your Immunisation payment statement or Immunisation financial statement. A list of all your statements will display on the screen.

When you immunise someone you may be able to bill a Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) attendance item.
