Your statement will show your debt information for up to 5 years. It will include:

• when we raised your debt
• your debt repayment and transaction history
• any adjustments and changes to your debt
• your debt identification number.

You can request a Statement of Debt for any 5 year period going back to 1998. You can make more than one request.
