We update the Youth Disability Supplement payment rate on 1 January each year.
We may stop your Youth Disability Supplement if you’re on Youth Allowance or ABSTUDY and we assess you as able to do more work.
If we stop your supplement, we’ll send you a letter.
If you’re on Disability Support Pension (DSP), when you turn 21 your Youth Disability Supplement will stop. But you’ll move to a different rate of DSP.
