Centrepay priority reform areas

We’ve identified 5 areas of priority for Centrepay reform. These are informed by research, and a significant consultation and engagement process.

The changes we make will improve the efficiency and integrity of Centrepay.

We’re planning to:

  • review Centrepay policy and contracts
  • reduce the number of Centrepay service reasons
  • update the business application and onboarding process
  • strengthen compliance processes
  • improve the complaints process.
