If you’re extending as a family, we need details and identity documents for children under 15.
If you’re extending for someone 15 or older on your Medicare card, they’ll get a message to join your application.
They’ll need it to complete their extension by giving us their details and identity documents. They must complete it within 14 days or before the Medicare card expires.
