We no longer accept email enquiries to the aged care liaison mailbox

You must use the Aged Care Provider Portal (ACPP) to lodge forms.

We only accept email enquiries and requests for tasks you can’t complete in the Aged Care Provider Portal.

We will only accept email enquiries for:

  • reporting Commonwealth unspent funds
  • evidence for updates to events more than 2 years old
  • registering, amending or removing users where there is no organisation administrator
  • bank account details for new services.

You can get help for urgent enquiries by calling the aged care providers enquiry line on 1800 195 206.

For all other enquiries, get help using the ACPP.
