The Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) covers part or the full cost of some basic dental services for your eligible child.
You can check your CDBS balance online in myGov.
To do this, sign in to myGov and select Medicare, then History and statements, then Child Dental Benefits Schedule.
When you book a dental appointment for your child, say you want to use CDBS.
Your dentist can check your child’s available benefit amount at the appointment.
