Employers that have registered will still be able to use their online account.
Help if you don’t have an online account
We still have business support for businesses that don’t have an online account.
For help managing an employee’s child support deductions:
- call the Child Support Employer Services team
- contact us by postal mail or fax.
We may call or send you a notice that you need to reply to. We have more information for how we contact employers and how you can contact us. Read about how we contact you and what you need to tell us.
Help if you already have an online account
For help:
- call the Child Support Business Online Services team
- log on and submit a Technical Enquiry - use the Child Support Business Online Services ‘Messages’ section to do this.
Session time out
Your session will time out if you don’t submit your update within 15 minutes of starting it. You’ll have to log back in if this happens.
