If you miss travel without a valid reason, we won’t rebook or pay for the same trip in advance.
You’ll need to book and pay for your own travel. If you book and pay for another trip, you can apply to us to reimburse you. We’ll work out if you’re eligible to get money back. Keep in mind, you may need to pay us back for the trip you missed.
If you’re travelling with a secondary school student as a supervisor and miss travel, we can rebook your travel.
