- provide and maintain the policy and terms for Centrepay
- provide deduction statements to help you manage your deductions
- monitor registered businesses to ensure they are acting in line with the Centrepay policy, terms and guides for businesses
- work with organisations to protect your consumer rights.
Monitoring businesses using Centrepay
We make sure businesses using Centrepay are doing the right thing. We do all the following:
- check and review businesses
- act if a business is not doing the right thing
- follow up complaints or feedback.
Improving Centrepay
If you have any suggestions to help us improve Centrepay, let us know. We welcome your Centrepay feedback.
What we don’t do
We don’t endorse Centrepay businesses or their goods and services.
We aren’t responsible for the quality of goods or services that a business provides to you. If you have a complaint, give us your feedback. We’ll investigate and refer your complaint to one of these:
- the business
- a relevant regulatory body
- a consumer help organisation.
