Conveniently located at 161 Kite Street, the new service centre replaces the previous office at 189-191 Anson Street.
Orange Service Centre Manager, Lee, said she’s excited for customers to access government services in a new service centre that’s been designed with customer needs front of mind.
“Centrelink customers can book an appointment to see a staff member face-to-face through their myGov account, calling their regular payment line, or visiting the Orange service centre,” she said.
“Digital coaching is also available to customers needing support accessing government services online.
“Specialist service officers such as Aged Care Service Officers and Farm Household Case Officers are also available on site to help with the specific needs for those in our community.”
Public parking is available on site, and public transport is available nearby. Orange railway station is approximately an 8-minute walk away. Bus stops are available nearby on Mitchell Highway and McLachlan Street.
The new service centre is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
