You can view and print your payment history for the last 5 years using your Medicare online account through myGov. You can also use the Express Plus Medicare mobile app.

Steps to view and print your CAPS payment history online

Follow these steps if you’re using your Medicare online account through myGov:

1. Sign in to myGov.
2. Select Medicare.
3. Select History and statements.
4. Select CAPS Payment history.
5. Select Download history (PDF) to print history.
