How to manage your appointments online

If you’re a Centrelink customer, you can book, reschedule and cancel some of your appointments online.

Using your Centrelink online account through myGov

If your Centrelink online account is linked to myGov, you can manage your appointments online.

To do this:

  1. Sign in to myGov.
  2. Select MENU from your homepage.
  3. Select Documents and appointments, then Appointments and Manage appointments.

You can then select one of the following:

  • Book appointment to book a new appointment
  • View details, then Reschedule appointment to change your appointment
  • View details, then Cancel appointment when an appointment can be cancelled online.

Using the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app

To manage your appointments using the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app.
  2. Select Appointment from the home screen.

You can then select one of the following:

  • Book appointment to book a new appointment
  • Reschedule appointment to change your appointment
  • Cancel appointment when an appointment can be cancelled online.

Your appointment details will show on your home screen.

To add or update your appointment in your device’s calendar, select Appointment, then Add to calendar.

If you can’t manage your appointment online, you’ll need to phone us on your regular payment line.
