We’ve made improvements to the ACPP. You can now lodge supporting evidence for home care unspent funds.
Home care providers can now upload supporting evidence for the following categories:
Home care providers can also view a new ‘Care recipient evidence upload’ page on the care recipient’s profile in the ACPP.
From 14 April 2025, this evidence will no longer be accepted through the aged care liaison mailbox and must be uploaded via the ACPP.
