Vaccine codes for the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR)
The Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) vaccine code formats lists vaccine codes for sending immunisation claims to the AIR using Internet Data Interchange (IDI).
The AIR is incorporated into our online claiming Client Adaptor.
DVA veteran treatment accounts
The Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) serves:
- members of Australia’s veteran and Defence Force communities
- war widows and widowers
- widows and dependents.
They do this through programs of care, compensation, commemoration and Defence support services.
We provide processing services for veterans’ treatment accounts. Veterans’ treatment accounts billing is incorporated into the online claiming Client Adaptor.
Online claiming
The formats needed for online claiming are included in the online claiming Client Adaptor or Tech Sis documents.
Acceptable characters in ECLIPSE
Certain characters will cause the transmission to fail. This may happen when using Electronic Claim Lodgement and Information Processing Service Environment (ECLIPSE) to transmit:
- In-patient Medical Claims (IMC)
- In Hospital Claims (IHC).
You can’t use spaces before or after another space or the supplied value.
In-patient Medical Claims (IMC)
Only the following special characters are acceptable for IMC.
