London bombing - 7 July 2005

There are specific reasons why you may get assistance for the bombing in London on 7 July 2005.

You may be able to get help if you’re an Australian who was either:

  • present at the bombing and got an injury
  • near the scene and directly exposed to the aftermath of the bombing.

You may also be able to get help if you’re the immediate family member of:

  • an Australian who died, was physically injured or was seriously psychologically injured as a result of the bombing
  • a non-Australian who died as a result of the bombing.
