Deducting child support

We may ask you to deduct child support from money you pay to your employees or contractors.

We may ask you to deduct child support from any of the following:

  • salary or wages
  • commissions
  • bonuses or allowances including JobKeeper Payment and Parental Leave Pay
  • certain retirement or termination payments
  • payments for labour under some contracts
  • other remuneration such as company directors’ fees
  • independent contractor’s payments.
