If calling is easier for you, call our automated BasicsCard balance enquiry line. Use your BasicsCard number and phone PIN to check your balance at any time. Calls to this line are free from a Telstra mobile.

There are other ways to check your balance. You can:

• use your Centrelink online account through myGov – read our instructions to manage your BasicsCard money online
• use our online BasicsCard money balance enquiry service
• use a Westpac Bank, Commonwealth Bank, National Australia Bank or ANZ Bank ATM, without charge
• visit a service centre.
