If you get an advance or lump sum payment, all of it will go to your Income Management account.
Once the money goes into your Income Management account, you can choose how much you can access with a BasicsCard. You can set a balance limit for your card. If you reach your balance, the money will stay in your Income Management account.
You can use a BasicsCard to access the money in your Income Management account. You will have a 4 digit PIN for your card. It’s important you don’t tell anyone your PIN.
