If you don’t want to get electronic messages from us, you can unsubscribe at any time.

How to unsubscribe online

If your Centrelink online account is linked to myGov, you can unsubscribe online.

To do this:

  1. Sign in to myGov.
  2. Select My Details then Letters and messaging.
  3. Select Electronic messaging and letters subscription and follow the prompts.

How to unsubscribe by phone

Call us on your regular payment line. When you speak to the operator, let them know you want to unsubscribe from electronic messages.

Visit your nearest service centre. Let them know you want to unsubscribe from electronic messages.
