Supporting People at Risk

You may be on Income Management in the Northern Territory if an approved organisation referred you.

The Banned Drinkers Register may have referred you if they believe Income Management can help you and your family.

You’ll be on Income Management for 3 to 24 months from the referral date. After that, the referring organisation will review your progress. Depending on the result, Income Management may continue.

What happens to your money

70% of your payment as well as all advance and lump sum payments you get go into your Income Management account. You can access it many ways.

The rest of your payment goes into your normal bank account.
