Submit a complaint or provide feedback online

You can submit a complaint or provide feedback about our services through your online account or directly to us.

To submit a complaint, compliment or suggestion, you’ll need to provide details about the payment or service your feedback’s about.

If you’re submitting a complaint you’ll also need to include:

  • the reason for it
  • the outcome you want
  • your contact details, if you agree for us to contact you for further information.

If you’re a business or health professional you should provide feedback or submit a complaint using the specific options available for you.

Although we don’t respond to compliments and suggestions, we do forward it to the right team. Your feedback helps us improve our services.

If you’re not submitting a complaint, compliment or suggestion about our services you can contact us for general enquiries.

You can submit feedback on our online services, including myGov and Digital ID exchange, on this page.
