To use CCeS you must have a contract with us. You’ll also need to get consent from your customers to check their details with us.

Customer confirmation
Use this service to confirm a customer’s details including name, address, payment and concession cards.
Income confirmation
Use this service to find out a customer’s income, asset or payment details. You can’t use this service for DVA customers.
Superannuation confirmation
Use this service to confirm if someone meets the income support requirements for the early release of super due to financial hardship. Administrators and trustees of super funds can use this service.
