Centrepay is a voluntary bill paying service which is free for Centrelink customers. You can use Centrepay to arrange regular deductions from your Centrelink payment.

You can use the Centrepay bill paying service to pay for goods and services from registered businesses. You can set up Centrepay deductions from most Centrelink payments.

You can choose to manage the Centrepay bill paying service yourself or ask someone to help you.

As a Centrepay user, your rights and obligations include giving consent, privacy, knowing who to contact if things go wrong and understanding your consumer rights.
