How to get a digital card

To use a digital version of your Medicare card, you can access it in your Express Plus Medicare mobile App or add it to your myGov app.

To access the app, you need a Medicare online account linked to myGov. If you don’t have these, you’ll need to set them up before you can download the app.

To view your Medicare card in your Express Plus Medicare mobile app follow these steps:

1. Sign in to the Express Plus Medicare mobile app.
2. Select the Card tab on the homescreen.

To add your Medicare card to your myGov app follow these steps:

1. Open your myGov app.
2. Go to Wallet on your home screen.
3. Select Add to wallet and follow the steps.
